Sushi Making Workshop at Your Location! We offer a sushi-making workshop at your home, office, or any booked venue where you'll learn the fundamentals of sushi preparation along with authentic Japanese manners. Enjoy a hands-on experience as you master the art of making delicious sushi from scratch. Our expert instructors will guide you through each step, sharing valuable tips on selecting the freshest ingredients and perfecting your rolling technique. Whether you’re a sushi enthusiast or a complete beginner, this workshop is designed for anyone eager to have fun while exploring Japanese cultural stories. During the workshop, participants will acquire practical sushi-making skills, including cooking perfect sushi rice and preparing their own sushi vinegar. You will create three types of rolled sushi—hosomaki (thin rolls), futomaki (thick rolls), and uramaki (inside-out rolls)—along with the nigiri. Participants will have the opportunity to taste their creations as part of the experience. Cooking Classes – Workshops (a) Class/Workshop/Online event bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable to a different class date. (b) Any participant in a cooking class is welcome to send another person in their place prior to a written agreement between the participant and us within 2 days prior to the class. Inform us via email to hi@sushiworkshop.co.uk of that person’s name, contact email address, mobile number, allergies, dietary requirements, and whether that person has read and consented to these Terms and Conditions. (c) We welcome the teenagers in our public sushi workshop if there are over 15. Children aged 8-14 need to be accompanied by a paying adult. (d) Should the event be cancelled by the instructor, we will fully refund any deposit within 10 days of the date of cancellation.
