Join us for an exciting hands-on experience where you'll learn the art of making delicious sushi from scratch. Our expert instructors will guide you through the process with lots of tips, from selecting the freshest ingredients to mastering the art of rolling. Whether you're a sushi enthusiast or a complete beginner, this workshop is perfect for anyone looking to have fun and learn Japanese cultural background stories. During the workshop, participants can gain practical sushi making skills, such as cooking perfect sushi rice and preparing various neta (sushi toppings), before creating three types of rolled sushi – slim: hosomaki, giant: futomaki, inside-out: uramaki – and a set of nigiri. The participants will have the opportunity to taste their creations as part of the workshop. We will be welcoming you a glass of your choice on arrival and enjoy more drinks such as the finest sake and the green tea with your sushi creation. (a) Booking- An upfront payment of catering events / private workshops are required to confirm a booking. No booking exists if this full payment has not been received by us. (b) Late Booking Confirmation Fee – If a booking is confirmed with less than 5 days’ notice, a late confirmation fee may apply. This fee will be communicated at the time of booking and must be paid to secure the booking. (c) Reschedule - If you need to reschedule a booking you must contact us by emailing to hi@5incorporated.com / hi@sushiworkshop.co.uk If you give us 14 days or more notice prior to the date of the class/event booked, we will reschedule the event at no additional cost, subject to availability. (d) Cancellation - If you give us 14 days or more notice prior to the booking time, we will refund your full booking amount. If you give us within 14 days’ notice we shall be entitled to retain 50% of the full booking amount. Cancellation made within 72 hours of the booking, will result in no refund given. (e) Additional numbers - You may request to increase the number of participants by contacting us by email or phone at least 5 days’ prior to the class/event date, in which case we will do our best to accommodate you, however any increase to the class size is entirely at our discretion. In the event that we agree to increase the number of participants, you must pay the additional cost per participant immediately. (f) A minimum charge- The number of participants applies to all bookings for an event, and you will be charged the minimum charge even if the number of people you have falls below the minimum group size. The minimum charge and number of participants vary depending on the event booked and you will be advised about this minimum charge amount at the time of booking.
